Return Policy

One of the credos of Velvety Paris is quality. Your satisfaction is important to us, but sometimes you are not satisfied despite our best efforts. This is why you can return your items.

Velvety Paris will pay for the cost of returning the item for exchange, except when it is a second return following the exchange of the same order.

The cost of return for refund is paid by the customer.


You have a period of 7 DAYS from the receipt of your order to return the product(s). After these 7 days and at the latest 14 days, we can only proceed with an exchange.

Personalized items cannot be refunded.


You have 14 DAYS from the receipt of your order to return the product(s). After these 14 days, we will not be able to take back your items.


You have 24 HOURS from the time your order has been confirmed to cancel it. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at We will cancel your order and refund you in the original form of payment (the processing time will depend on your form of payment and your bank and is therefore beyond our control). After this period, no cancellation will be possible.



To avoid additional costs, any change must be notified within 2 HOURS BEFORE PURCHASE. If you have changed your mind about your order, send us an email indicating the item to be changed and we will make the necessary arrangements.


Unfortunately, we will not be able to change the items in your order. All items that have left our showroom are final and cannot be changed, you will need to request a return for exchange as explained below.


In the event of a faulty product, you have the option of receiving the same product or simply being refunded after the faulty one is returned.


You can request a return and therefore a return label from your account by logging directly into our website within 7 DAYS of receiving your order. Please add a note in your parcel indicating if it is a return for refund or exchange with your name, first name, order number (e.g.: Audrey Dupont #1234) and the reason for the return.

You can also make a return request by e-mail: to Customer Service within 7 DAYS of receiving your order. Please indicate in the subject line if it is a return for refund or exchange and inform us in the body of the e-mail of your name, first name, order number (e.g.: Audrey Dupont #1234) as well as the reason for the return. Photos in case of defective products can also help us to better process your request.

Please send your items by local mail within the time limit following the return confirmation.

When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure that they are in their original condition and have the problems indicated in the returns request.

Once confirmed, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 2-15 DAYS (processing time depends on your payment method and bank).


Returns without prior authorised requests will not be accepted. Upon receipt of your return, we will carefully examine the returned products. Each item must be UNUSED and in the same condition as you received it, i.e. without any modifications. It must also be in its original packaging. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

The original packaging includes :
- The box
- A silk pouch
- A net and a paper ball
- Goodies (brush, scrunchie, barrettes)
- A loyalty card


For returned items or items to be exchanged, we will need 2 to 6 working days after receipt of your items to process them and 10 days if it is a new custom order. After this time, the refund period is as follows:
Paypal account refunds: up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: between 7 and 14 working days
Wallet refunds: up to 24 hours.

Partial refund conditions :
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.


The company will not be responsible for any errors in the shipping addresses provided by the customer and will be subject to the return of the product before receiving a refund or exchange.

All address changes are subject to management approval and shipped/completed orders are strictly non-changeable.
