- The pre-customisation is already done as well as the babyhair to reinforce the natural effect of your wig.
- To avoid any inconvenience, a support band is also added at the back to secure your wig.

- 72-hour preparation before shipping for natural color wigs.
- 3 to 5 days preparation before shipping for colored wigs and clip-in extensions.

To properly maintain your natural hair bundles, we recommend avoiding products that are too heavy, such as shea butter and certain oils. Brazilian natural hair is meant to be naturally lightweight.
You should also avoid overusing shampoo, as this can dry out the bundles. It’s best to opt for weekly deep treatments, preferably done under a hooded dryer.
When it comes to using flat irons, limit it to a maximum of twice per week. Of course, it is strongly recommended to apply a heat protectant spray beforehand.
