The Velvety Paris Ponytails are machine-made from 100% natural hair in the Velvety Paris workshop.
Your ponytail is ready to wear, simply insert the comb and pull.
Even after months of use, you can reuse the strands to make a wig or weaves.
The ponytail will weigh between 130g and 150g depending on the size.
We advise you to wash them as much as you like and to maintain them as your own hair.
You can straighten and curl your hair as much as you like, with care of course.
You can bleach and colour them from 1B to 27#.

All wigs and clip-in extensions are crafted and colored in our workshop in Paris.
Therefore, no refunds are available on products.
Please also take into account the preparation time before shipping:
- 24-hour preparation before shipping for weaves.
- 72-hour preparation before shipping for natural color wigs.
- 3 to 5 days preparation before shipping for colored wigs and clip-in extensions.

To properly maintain your natural hair bundles, we recommend avoiding products that are too heavy, such as shea butter and certain oils. Brazilian natural hair is meant to be naturally lightweight.
You should also avoid overusing shampoo, as this can dry out the bundles. It’s best to opt for weekly deep treatments, preferably done under a hooded dryer.
When it comes to using flat irons, limit it to a maximum of twice per week. Of course, it is strongly recommended to apply a heat protectant spray beforehand.
